Estate Planning, Wills & Trust

Flat Fee Cost for Standard Package:
	Will - Single	$475.00 with a retainer of $300.00
	Will - Couple	$550.00 with a retainer of $350.00
	Trust - Single	$900.00 with a retainer of $650.00
	Trust - Couple	$1,100.00 with a retainer of $750.00

Corporations & Limited Liability Companies

These are legal entities created under the laws of a particular state such as state of the Minnesota. Many small companies choose to create a subchapter “S” corporation or a LLC (limited liability company).  ........ More Information

 

Other Services

Real Estate FSBO:

Real Estate For Sale by Owner (FSBO) — $185 per hour. Typical total expense is $300 to $500.

Business Plans:

Writing Business Plans — $185 per hour. Typical total expense is $900 to $1600.

Hourly Rate

If desired or as special requirements, services can be charged at a rate of $195.00 per hour.
